Good Luck Banner
To Junior Nationals 2008 Parents, Coaches, and Families:
We are currently putting together our printed program booklet for Junior Nationals. We are offering a limited number of "Good Luck" banners to be put into the booklet.
If you'd like to be included in the "Good Luck" banner section, please do the following:
1. E-mail Dee Colcord at dacolcord@aol.com to save a spot. Deadline for saving a spot is FRIDAY, MAY 30. This MAY be done by e-mail. I will reply so you know I've received your message.
2. Fill in the following:

3. Please send a check payable to MYB in the amount of $10.
4. Your banner will be entered once I receive your check! (I WILL save your spot before I receive the check.)
5. Please send the check to:
